This project started of as a test garment for McCalls 7387, which was an utter fail. If it hadn’t been for the nice print and a perfect button placket (made using a new technique), I would have given up. Recently I drafted a pair of cycling bib shorts and have found them so great to wear. They have become my favourites and wear them in preference to the elastic waist type shorts. For a bit of fun this week, I’ve been playing with fabric crayons to give a bit of interest to a plain grey sweatshirt. And I finally got around to making arms for my dress-form. Something I’ve been meaning to get around to for ages.
